Rezint Clinic Queue partner terms

Operated by Rezint Tech. These terms cover affiliates, YouTube and social creators, sales partners, and agencies. Product use is also covered by Rezint Clinic Queue terms and privacy.

1. Commission

Partners earn 50% of the first subscription invoice we collect from a new referred clinic. If they pay monthly, that is 50% of the first month once. If they pay yearly, 50% of the first year once. Standard (link) partners earn nothing on later renewals. We do not pay 50% on every bill — that would stop the company from growing. Current list prices:

• Starter: monthly checkout → partner ₹375 once. Yearly checkout → partner ₹3,749.50 once.
• Clinic: monthly checkout → partner ₹600 once. Yearly checkout → partner ₹5,999.50 once.
• Plus: monthly checkout → partner ₹1,250 once. Yearly checkout → partner ₹12,499.50 once.

1b. Super choice (sales residual)

If you apply as sales-with-us and we approve that track, you still earn 50% of the first collected invoice for each new clinic you close. After that first invoice, you earn 10% of each later collected invoice from that clinic (monthly or yearly), while they stay subscribed and you remain in good standing. You do not earn 50% on those later invoices. This is not the default link-partner track.

2. Attribution

Last qualifying click on your tracked link within 60 days, or a partner code the clinic enters at signup. If two partners overlap, the later valid click or explicit code wins. Self-referrals, fake clinics, and incentivised false signups are unpaid and may close the account.

3. Refunds

If we refund a clinic, the related commission is reversed on the next payout. Chargebacks the same.

4. Payouts

Monthly, after a 15-day refund hold, minimum ₹2,000, to Indian UPI or bank account in the partner's name. You are responsible for GST / income tax. We may request PAN and a simple invoice.

5. Conduct

No spam, no fake “Google #1 / guaranteed income” ads, no bidding on our brand name without written OK, no medical claims we do not make. We can pause a link if it harms clinics or patients.
