Terms of Use

1. Agreement

Rezint Clinic Queue is operated by Rezint Tech. By using Rezint Clinic Queue (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a clinic, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

2. SaaS usage

The Service is software-as-a-service for QR / code based patient check-in and a live OPD queue. It is an operations tool — not a medical device, not telemedicine, and not emergency care. Plans, features, and pricing may change; current plan details are shown in the clinic dashboard where applicable.

3. Clinic / customer responsibilities

• Keep clinic hours, fees, and doctor information accurate.
• Grant staff only the access they need (queue, staff, branding).
• Use patient data only for legitimate clinic care and operations.
• Tell patients, as required by law, how the clinic uses visit data.

4. Account security

You are responsible for passwords, staff accounts, cabin codes, and devices used to access the dashboard. Do not share credentials publicly. Notify us if you believe an account is compromised.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service (spam bookings, scrape data, attempt to access other clinics’ accounts, disrupt the product, or break the law). We may suspend access that harms clinics or patients.

6. Data responsibilities

Clinics control much of the operational content they enter. Rezint Tech processes data to provide the Service as described in the Privacy Policy. You must not upload unlawful content.

7. Third-party services

The Service depends on hosting, authentication, database, and communications providers. Their outages or policy changes can affect the Service. Partner program terms, if you join that program, are additional: Partner terms.

8. Service availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Clinics should keep a simple paper backup process for rare outages.

9. Intellectual property

Rezint Tech owns the Service software, branding, and documentation, except for clinic-uploaded content (logos, doctor photos, clinic copy), which remains the clinic’s (or its licensors’) as between you and us. You may not copy the product to compete with us except as allowed by law.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, missed appointments caused by clinic operations, clinical decisions, or emergency outcomes. For emergencies, call local emergency services immediately.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for non-payment, abuse, legal risk, or if we discontinue the product. We will try to give reasonable notice where practical.

12. Patient use

Patients should scan only their clinic’s QR (or enter the correct clinic number). A token is not a guarantee of immediate consultation.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
