1. Who we are
Clinic Queue is a web product that helps clinics run OPD token queues and helps patients check in with a clinic QR or clinic code. This policy explains what information is used when you use the service.
2. Information we process
- Patient check-in details such as name, mobile number, visit type, and optional symptom / disease tags entered at booking.
- Queue and visit status (waiting, called, done, skipped) for the clinic visit day.
- Clinic profile data set by the clinic (name, branding, doctor info, fees, hours).
- Staff / doctor account details used to sign in to the clinic dashboard (name, email, role permissions).
3. How we use information
Information is used to book tokens, show wait position, run the doctor/staff live queue, prevent duplicate bookings where configured, and improve clinic operations. We do not sell patient data.
4. Sharing
Visit data is visible to authorized clinic staff for that clinic. Infrastructure providers (for example hosting and database) may process data only to run the service. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Retention
Queue and history records are kept as needed for clinic operations and product features (such as follow-up / past care). Clinics may request removal of staff accounts they control.
6. Security
We use industry-standard cloud authentication and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure — use strong passwords for clinic accounts and share them only with trusted staff.
7. Your choices
Patients can ask the clinic about their visit record. Clinic owners can update branding and staff access from the dashboard. For privacy questions, use the Contact page.
8. Children
Guardians may book tokens for minors. Do not enter unnecessary sensitive details beyond what the clinic needs for the visit.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
